Richard has served as Strategic Advisor and Operating Executive for several corporate turnarounds creating over $1.5B in enterprise value. He has advised on over 30 M&A transactions over the past five years resulting in more than $2B in acquisitions and divestitures.
His experience includes multiple sectors of the TMT market including Private Equity, MSO, MNO, Rural Broadband, Tower Co, Data Centers, Spectrum Auctions, and Fiber.
